Four independent buildings that were part of the old Rivermill have been transformed into beautiful Townhomes. The 1,2, and 3 bedroom Townhomes are all rental units. Situated in The Cotton Shed, The Machine Shop, The Boiler Shed and The Opening House North Building, the Townhomes have unique historical architectural details and features. The Cotton Shed is actually one of the the oldest standing parts of the Mill and features hand made bricks circa 1880. One of the Townhomes has a 25 ft+ atrium, others include features such as covered porches, floor to ceiling windows, large private decks and courtyards, basement storage floors and private garages.
