The Saxapahaw Rivermill Lofts are beautiful geothermal and solar powered spaces set in the former Dye House of Saxapahaw's Historic Cotton Mill next to the Haw River.

1, 2 and 3 bedroom lofts will be available beginning this summer. Loft owners can select from several floor plans with the option to leave spaces open.
