The Basics
1, 2, and 3 bedroom lofts and apartments are available as well as 1, 2, and 3 bedroom Townhouses. Each Loft, Apartment or Townhome has its own unique architectural details and custom features. All units have individual washers and dryers. Membership to the in-house Fitness Center is free to all residents. Covered parking in the garage is also available. The building has an elevator that runs from the garage to the third floor. Some of the units include private or semi-private courtyards. Some of the Townhomes include covered porches, private parking garages and basement/storage areas. There are large courtyards open to all residents for grilling, picnics and community events. The Rivermill Grounds include access to riverside running trails and a canoe ramp.

The Beauty
The Historic Saxapahaw Rivermill is located right on the bank of the Haw River and has breathtaking views from every angle. 10 foot high windows bathe each living space with tremendous natural light. Skylights enhance the light exposure even further. Floor plans are generous and differ throughout the Mill offering a host of choices for residents with varied needs. The Mill ceilings range from 14 to 16 feet high creating spacious room to breathe and spread out. Split level living spaces and loft bedrooms in some apartments provide a modern architectural feel in a beautifully historic space. All floors are the original hardwood maple and have been refinished to show the beauty of the antique wood. Exposed brick, wooden beams and unique architectural details can be found in each of the spaces.
