Saxapahaw Rivermill Apartments and Townhomes
include 1, 2, and 3 bedroom rental spaces in Saxapahaw’s historic cottonmill. Each Apartment or Townhome has its own unique architectural details and custom features. All units have individual washers and dryers. Membership to the in-house Fitness Center is free to all residents. Covered parking in the garage is also available. The building has an elevator that runs from the garage to the third floor. Some of the units include private or semi-private courtyards.
